Sanctuary Community Initiative is guided by people who believe recovery, reentry, prevention, and community support require more than one program or one organization. Our board brings together professional experience, civic involvement, nonprofit service, lived experience, business leadership, and a shared commitment to helping people and families rebuild.
That combination matters. We're not guessing at what people need after treatment or release. We know the barriers firsthand, and we know that stability takes more than a completion date: it takes safe community, practical resources, accountability, and people who believe restoration is possible.
Board members help guide the mission, build partnerships, support fundraising, strengthen accountability, and connect Sanctuary Community Initiative to the broader community.
Because of the experience around our table, we know how to serve, support, and guide the people we're here to help.
